My son really wanted this necklace due to others on his hockey team having it ( who also love it). He got it and unfortunately playing at school it broke. I contacted Andrew and due to circumstances he replaced the chain for FREE. After that incident my son misplaced it. I reordered it and wrote Andrew stating that I was hoping to have it by Valentine’s Day to give as his gift. Andrew was upfront and honest that he was going out of town and that this may not happen but that he would try his hardest. Not only did Andrew give me a percentage off unnecessarily but it also arrived the day before Valentine’s Day just in time. I highly recommend this product as well as this company. He stands behind his work and is more than fair.

In June of 2023, my grandson, Jax, tragically lost his life in an ATV accident. Most unfortunately, it occurred on his little brother Jethro’s birthday. One of Jax’s hockey team teammates gifted the younger brother a Silver Biscuit with Jax’s number to honor him. I have searched for the perfect necklace to honor him as well. Nothing has quite fit the bill. Silver Biscuit puts everything I want in a tiny package. I will cherish it continuously as I do my extraordinary angel, who is gone but never forgotten. #Forever66
