This necklace is GORGEOUS! It's THE perfect gift for anyone who loves and/or plays hockey! In addition, Andrew is fantastic and his customer service alone makes these necklaces worth every penny. Case in point...my daughter wore her SilverBiscuit for two years when it began to tarnish inexplicably. (Most likely a product she's using on her skin, or a change in the PH balance of her skin as she gets older. 🤷‍♀️) We reached out to Andrew to see if there was anything we could do. He was incredibly responsive from the start. Ultimately, he offered for us to send it back to him. He polished everything up, replaced the chain, and it looked as good as new when we got it back. At first I was hesitant to purchase for fair of it breaking from neck and getting lost like so many others. This is very sturdy and a beautiful piece of jewelry

My son really wanted this necklace due to others on his hockey team having it ( who also love it). He got it and unfortunately playing at school it broke. I contacted Andrew and due to circumstances he replaced the chain for FREE. After that incident my son misplaced it. I reordered it and wrote Andrew stating that I was hoping to have it by Valentine’s Day to give as his gift. Andrew was upfront and honest that he was going out of town and that this may not happen but that he would try his hardest. Not only did Andrew give me a percentage off unnecessarily but it also arrived the day before Valentine’s Day just in time. I highly recommend this product as well as this company. He stands behind his work and is more than fair.
